Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026 · ProntoCoop Platform Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating a cooperative workspace, accessing, or using ProntoCoop, your cooperative society, union, or federation agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of Software Service

ProntoCoop is an enterprise financial technology software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider. We provide cooperative governance tools, member ledger accounts, automated reconciliation, and interest-free loan tracking. ProntoCoop is not a deposit money bank or commercial lender; banking integrations operate in partnership with licensed financial institutions.

3. Islamic Finance & Shariah Alignment

Our loan and investment modules are configured to support Islamic finance contracts, including Qard Hasan (benevolent interest-free loans), Mudarabah (profit-sharing partnership), and Murabaha (cost-plus asset financing). Each subscribing cooperative remains responsible for submitting policy parameters to its own internal Shariah advisory board for formal endorsement.

4. Cooperative Authority & Officer Responsibility

The designated cooperative officers (Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer) are responsible for maintaining accurate member rosters, vetting loan eligibility according to the society's registered by-laws, and safeguarding administrative login credentials.

5. Subscription & Billing

Cooperatives receive a 14-day free trial upon account creation. Following the trial, subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions may be cancelled or modified at any time without punitive termination fees.

6. Contact & Legal Notices
